Mr. Levesque is a Founder, Chairman Chief Executive Officer and Director of Qwest Investment Management Corp.

He is also Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Ultimate Designated Person and Director of Qwest Investment Fund Management Ltd. and Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Heritage Bancorp Ltd.; both companies are subsidiaries of Qwest Investment Management Corp. Mr. Levesque is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Qwest Funds Corp. He is also Chairman and Director of Qwest Fund Advisory and Back Office Services Ltd.

Mr. Levesque has over 35 years of experience in the Canadian financial industry. He is recognized for his broad knowledge, skills, experience and leadership in:

• Venture capital
• Financial services
• New business formation and development

Mr. Levesque is a founder and/or director of several private and publicly-traded companies in a variety of industries.

Sohail is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Qwest Investment Management Corp., Qwest Investment Fund Management Ltd. and Heritage Bancorp Ltd. He is President and Director of Qwest Fund Advisory and Back Office Services Ltd and Director of Finance and Director of Qwest Funds Corp.  Sohail is responsible for managing Qwest’s financial affairs, including finance, accounting, performance management, capital, treasury, and taxation. As a member of Qwest’s Executive leadership team, Sohail is also responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of Qwest Group companies. Sohail also is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Knightswood Holdings Ltd.

Sohail joined Qwest in 2019 bringing with him significant financial services experience. His career spans over 19 years in financial services, working in North America, Europe, and emerging markets of Asia. Prior to joining Qwest, Sohail spent 13 years working in London, United Kingdom, in leading retail and investment banking firms such as Barclays, NatWest Group and Nationwide Building Society. He has also been associated with KPMG UK’s Banking and Capital Markets division. Working with these prestigious organizations, Sohail led and is recognized for delivering various IFRS, finance regulatory and finance change projects, most notably IFRS 9. He has also led acquisition and due diligence projects and has acted as a finance and accounting advisor to senior management on various strategic matters.

Sohail is a Canadian CPA, CGA, Fellow Certified Accountant from UK and a Fellow Chartered Accountant from Pakistan. He also holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Karachi. He was trained as a CA in the financial services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Daryl is a Director for Qwest Investment Management Corp. Daryl is a professional petroleum engineer and is the former President and CEO of GLJ Petroleum Consultants Ltd, a major independent petroleum evaluation consulting firm based in Calgary.

Following a 25+ year career at GLJ, he retired from the professional consulting field in 2005.

Daryl is currently a Managing Director of Carbon Infrastructure Partners, a private equity energy investment management firm. He also serves as a director of several energy-related public entities, including Whitecap Resources Inc. and Surge Energy Inc.

Daryl is a member of the Association of Petroleum Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.

Stephen is a Director for Qwest Investment Management Corp. Stephen is also a founder and/or director of several private and publicly-traded companies in a range of industries.

Stephen received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University and became a chartered accountant with KPMG.

He enjoys boating and travelling in his spare time.
